Keep This Up Announce New EP "Paper Houses" To Be Released On June 30th
As Above, So Below Single Out Now
For a bit more about their new EP Paper Houses, we hand over to the band:
"Paper Houses is a culmination of songs from the heart. Exploring hard hitting lyrics through melodic riffs and hardcore breakdowns. From toxic breakups to finding yourself - this EP explores life and the details"
The current single from Paper Houses is the recently released As Above, So Below. The track has been enjoying success across UK rock radio, most notably on BBC Radio One with Alyx Holcombe, and was featured in the Kerrang Chart for the best singles of the week. From the intro riffs that will induce head nodding whether you know it or not to Jared Turner's explosive vocals, this is Keep This Up's finest single yet.
Check out the lyric video for As Above, So Below here:
Lyrically, As Above, So Below tackles the topic of mental health and being able to resist nagging feelings of doubt and negativity. The band tell us all more:
"A ripping rock song venturing into post hardcore that faces the struggle of mental health and feeling like you can overcome it. It's like that voice in the back of your mind trying to drag you down below but you're so above it."
As Above, So Below is also available to stream on this link.
As Above, So Below follows on from the March release of Keep This Up's last single, Find Myself. The lyric video for Find Myself is available to watch on this link. Find Myself is also available to stream on your digital musical platform of choice on this link. You can also check out Bury Me, Keep This Up's first single of 2023, on YouTube or on Spotify.
