SINGLE REVIEW: Riversend - Revolution in My Name

New Jersey boyfriend-girlfriend duo Olivia Horovitz and Zack Miranowic aka Riversend return with stunning new single 'Revolution in My Name'.

Riversend have a beautifully unique sound that blends Oliva's stunning ethereal vocals with a majestic soundscape of immersive tones and layers of rock and folk. It's an intriguing concept that works well to produce a noise that's hauntingly beautiful with captivating guitars and breathtaking harmonies.

Fascinating and unique 'Revolution in My Name' makes for ghostly, uneasy listening. It gives the feeling of a journey down a dark unknown road. A head full of reflections and questions and a mind unable to sit still for long. Forever moving from one unsettling thought to another.

Shifting between melodic folk guitars to impactful bluegrass-ish riff-heavy bursts the track seamlessly combines genres crafting an engulfing, emotion-evoking sound. Like a dream and a nightmare in one.
