SINGLE REVIEW: Little Hand Feet - What Would I Live On?

I really appreciate the deconstructed, DIY post-punk vibes in 'What Would I Live On?' It evokes a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of Half Man Half Biscuit, with its high-passion vocals and the ambient yet angular crash reminiscent of Crispy Ambulance. The lyrics delve into the frustration of wanting to do more but facing financial constraints, posing the question, 'What Would I Live On?'

What stood out to me is the fire-driven raucousness of the track, complemented by subtle nods to the swirling atmosphere of shoegaze, the ambiance found in post-rock, the controlled chaos of noise rock, and the vocal theatrics of art rock.

It's intriguing how, within its apparent mayhem, the song maintains a well-structured and engaging tune. 'What Would I Live On?' seems to masterfully blend these diverse elements into a cohesive sonic experience, making it a captivating journey through various musical influences.
