SINGLE REVIEW: Junior Bill - Boys from Jungle

New Wave Punks Junior Bill are back with their first single of 2023 'Boys from Jungle' the lead track from their forthcoming debut album "Youth Club!'

The song features charming, raw, unpolished vocals, catchy riffs and an understated yet high impact vibe. It glistens with the working class, lads next door energy throughout and the perfect DIY, bedroom punk stance.

The lyrics tell the harrowing story of the hard time an immigrant moving to the UK has. Coming here with dreams of a better life but finding the harsh reality of sofa surfing, praying for visas to be approved, food banks and peoples judgement. "Round here no one believes he was a doctor back home" showing the fact that often immigrants have so much to give but all the red tape and waiting leads to frustration and wasted skills.

'Boys from Jungle' is a lyrically relevant, insightful listen wrapped in a booming, real, authentic sound delivered with laddish charm and fresh energy. Junior Bill have plenty to say, they want to share their frustrations and don't care who hears it!
