SINGLE REVIEW: John Curry - Disorder

John Curry introduces anthemic new banger 'Disorder'

Coming in on a nu-metal groove 'Disorder' shape-shifts through a soundscape of genres. Seductive tones make way for chaotic and noisy as the vocals dual with the music to make themselves heard before heading into a more grunge-inspired distorted stance. Sometimes the track is wildfire carnage, others hazy and intense while for the most part it's big-time pulsating energy.

'Disorder' is unique, bursting with dirty riffs, gritty bass, and pummeling drums. It's a track that is epic in all proportions. Attitude heavy and bleeding with frustration. Powerful, and emotional there's captivating hooks and an eruption of haunting strings.

Retro 90's inspired rock couples with a fresh relevant sound powering John into the 21st century with his dynamic, creative style.

The lyrics delve into a struggling mind, confusion, and disorientation. The sense of not being who you're supposed to be; lacking motivation and feeling trapped in a continuous cycle of disorder and dysfunctional behaviours.

'Disorder' is a phenomenal track, bold and anthemic; thrashing with a big impact. John draws inspiration from a whole plethora of places whilst adding his own unique twist and personality. The quality of the songwriting is breathtaking. John is captivating talent overflowing with energy and a magnificent voice that is the perfect balance of produced and raw. Chaotic but well-constructed 'Disorder' is an absolute gem, I urge you to give it a spin!
