SINGLE REVIEW: Electric Avenue – My Home
Electric Avenue, a five-piece rock band from Sydney, Australia, returns with their new single, ‘My Home’, following a year-long hiatus. The song’s narrative draws from the band's reflections on identity and belonging. Inspired by a post-pandemic visit to Glasgow, Scotland, one of the band members wrote the lyrics while grappling with feelings of nostalgia and the disconnection from his homeland after years away. Guitarist Phil O’Prey further channels his Scottish heritage in crafting the accompanying music.
