SINGLE REVIEW: Build for Tomorrow - No Change
A human interface error lead to a single being reviewed twice, but Kempsey’s reviews too good not to share! Her take on the track is also slightly different to mine!
Described as “The South-West Finest pop punk” Build For Tomorrow are bringing that classic mid 2000’s Californian with a modern twist.
I’ve been pondering for three days straight, listening on repeat, (never once getting sick of it) to find the right way to describe it, however the best way is to say it how it is;
Build For Tomorrow’s No Change is a very positive and uplifting track, it’s quite romantic addressing the highs and lows of a relationship and the important message is that either party does not have to change and they are made perfect. I love that this track is freeing and pushes away from conformity. The guitars are light but gritty, the bass is heartfelt. I love the middle break as it’s very shimmery with the use of synths and the snare and toms pound their way into your heart. Overall, No Change is everything a pop-punk fan is looking for and I am disappointed at the low number of monthly listeners and followers, because I can see the full potential Build For Tomorrow has. They really have what it takes to be successful.
