Resting B!tch Face Unleashes Fierce Anthem 'Cauterize the Critics' Ahead of Debut EP

Birmingham's groundbreaking queercore punk/protest sensation, Resting B!tch Face, continues to blaze a trail with the imminent release of their second single, "Cauterize the Critics." The fiery track is set to hit digital platforms on January 26th, paving the way for their highly anticipated debut EP, 'Sounds Gay, I’m in,' scheduled for March.

Since their explosive debut with "BYOB" a year ago, Resting B!tch Face has been a force to be reckoned with in the underground music scene. Now, with the upcoming release of "Cauterize the Critics," the band is gearing up to unleash an angry, balls-to-the-wall protest anthem that will undoubtedly leave listeners headbanging and chanting.

This unrelenting march-like anthem serves as a powerful tool for empowerment and education, shedding light on the struggles faced by many women. "Cauterize the Critics" isn't just a song; it's a visceral experience that invites fans to join the rebellion against societal nonsense.

Originally one of Resting B!tch Face's earliest tracks, "Cauterize the Critics" quickly became a fan favorite, setting the stage for their musical revolution. The single also features a special collaboration with guitarist Owen Rogers, delivering one of Resting B!tch Face's rare guitar solos.

Yatisha aka Resting Regal Face, the mastermind behind "Cauterize the Critics," shares the inspiration behind the track: "Have you ever just wanted someone to shut up when you found yourself entirely fed up with all their nonsense? The inspiration behind this track was just rage. Someone had taken credit for my words, and the anger this produced led to a big spiral of venting about all the issues I was exhausted and frustrated by. I soon found that many of the struggles I was facing, many people can relate to, and 'Cauterize' has quickly become a fan favorite at our gigs."

Prepare for the sonic revolution as Resting B!tch Face takes the punk scene by storm with "Cauterize the Critics," available on all digital platforms from January 26th. Stay tuned for their debut EP, 'Sounds Gay, I’m in,' hitting the airwaves in March.
