Mosaic Announce Catchy Harmony Filled Mental Health Check in 'R U OK?' Out August 10th
Bristol based trio Mosaic are back with another feel good pop rock banger. Mixing catchy lyrics, resonant harmonies and feel good pop punk hooks has become a staple of Mosaic's sound, drawing comparisons to McFly, Weezer, Press to MECO and Blink 182, nobody leaves a Mosaic show without a smile on their face.
‘R U OK?’ is the first release since 2020’s debut EP ‘Wear It Like A Pumpkin Pie’. Written in the midst of the Covid pandemic, through its simple and clear title, it’s about checking in on friends and loved ones. Through the resonating vocal line of ‘R U OK?’, Mosaic stamp home the message that just 3 words can make a difference to someone’s mental health, whilst the rest of the lyrics tell the story and experience of times where we wished we would have made that phone call.
‘R U OK?’ was mixed and mastered by Daly George (Milk Teeth, Creeper, Boston Manor).
Mosaic have had a busy 12 months from sold out headline shows, playing shows around the UK to writing and recording a string of upcoming songs, the next 12 months are going to be some of the most exciting in Mosaic’s history. With multiple releases scheduled, plus a May 2024 date supporting Scouting for Girls and Toploader in Bristol.
