MASON HILL singer Scott Taylor to leave band

Mason Hill regret to announce that long-time friend, singer and frontman Scott Taylor is to leave the band. Following his recent medical scare, Scott has decided that he now needs to take time to consider his future.
Says Scott Taylor “It is with a heavy heart that I must announce I am leaving Mason Hill. It has been a fantastic journey with many great moments but right now I just need to take time to re-evaluate my career path. It has been an incredibly difficult decision and I wish the band all the very best moving forward”.

Mason Hill will commence their search for a new singer and will be recording their much anticipated second album very soon. Says guitarist James Bird “We are sad about this turn of events but we fully respect Scott’s decision and wish him all the very best in his future pursuits” Mason Hill will continue the same trajectory as before and we are all excited about the great new material we have written for album 2”.

Mason Hill released their Top 20 chart topping and highly acclaimed debut album Against The Wall in 2021. Since then, they have wowed audiences with their ferocious live performances, building up a dedicated rock following. A new album is planned for 2024, further updates will be announced soon.
