Liverpool Pop/Rock Band The GUIZE Release New Single "Endless Love" OUT NOW

Liverpool pop/rock band The GUIZE release their ambitious foot-stomping new single & music video ‘Endless Love’ (OUT NOW!).
‘Endless Love’ is the follow-up release to the bands last single ‘Bardo House’ which was released in February 2024 & is in stark contrast from any previous offerings the band has indulged in. The track effortlessly blends sounds from rock & disco with hints of funk & house.
The track was self-produced by the band in their own ‘bedroom studio’ with help from Sam Pierpoint who took drum tracking duties in Soundback Recording Studio.
Songwriter and guitarist Jassy xX.G.Xx said about ‘Endless Love’: -
“As much as I have a love for heavier music, which is where my musical roots lie, I have a profound love for classic disco and R&B, such as ‘Sister Sledge’ & ‘ABBA’. As unusual as it may seem, I really wanted to attempt to ‘marry’ this with my heavier roots, to create a dance track with an edge of rock, a track that has a little bit of something for everyone. It’s got a great disco drum beat, a funky bass line & an ear-worm of a chorus that will be stuck in your head for days - You can dance & sing along to it, but of course you still have your face melted off with an electrifying solo! I suppose that’s a big part of what the band is about, inclusivity, we want to bring people together from all different walks of life & spread some love.”
“Lyrically ‘Endless Love’ takes a departure from our usual content, although our songs generally are pretty ‘up-beat’ & give a joyful vibe, the lyrics are often in contrast to the music, for example our last single ‘Bardo House’ tackles the subject of mental health, more specifically, schizophrenia. ‘Endless Love’ on the other hand, although still very much written from the heart, it is a lot more innocent, as the title suggests, it’s a love song. I’ve always wanted to write a love song for my partner, but I didn’t want it to be the generic slow ballad most people would go for, then when I got down the initial melody for the song, I realised this was the opportunity to do that. It’s important to remind the people you care most about you love them, so I thought I would leave a reminder that would far out-live myself”
“With a band such as The GUIZE, it’s hard for a single track to really define our sound and what we’re about as we take from all different corners of the musical realm. Some of our tracks border being ‘heavy metal’ sounding like something that could be from an old ‘Judas Priest’ record, others being more melodic rock compared to the likes of ‘Survivor’ & ‘Heart’, whereas Endless Love shows off a complete different side to the band the airwaves are yet to hear.”
