Kenji, the multifaceted artist known for his introspective lyrics and genre-bending soundscapes, has released his highly anticipated EP titled "Distractions." With this project, he delves into the intricacies of dealing with pain through various forms of escapism, offering listeners a poignant journey through seven distinct tracks.

In "Distractions," each song serves as a window into Kenji's psyche, showcasing the diverse ways he copes with his deepest thoughts and pains. Produced by Kenji himself, alongside talented composers such as Nicolas Axel Kauffman, Dutch Revz, and In Bloom, the EP presents a rich tapestry of sound, with diverse genres from indie-pop to R&B. "Paystubs" is the only collaboration on the EP featuring artist Xedrin, one of the artists that knows kenji’s psyche best. From the melancholic melodies of "Strangers" to the electronic hyper-melodies of “Hold Me” each song offers a unique perspective on the theme of distraction.

Since June of 2023, Kenji has been unveiling the songs from "Distractions" one by one, captivating audiences with his emotive storytelling and evocative production.
