Glasgow’s Wine Moms to release single ‘Dogma’ on February 2nd
WHO ARE WINE MOMS?
Known for their riotous and chaotic stage shows where they pioneer their own distinctive style of grunge and punk, Wine Moms are building a name for themselves in the smaller music scene, cementing themselves and their music with minds of crowds across Scotland. Starting in high school, Wine Moms have grown considerably since, having headlined iconic venues in Glasgow such as King Tut's Wah Wah Hut and Nice 'n' Sleazy, joining Welsh rockers, James and the Cold Gun on tour, and playing with countless bands such as BILK, Master Peace, Grandmas House, and many many more. After two years, three new members, and a whole load of new music just round the corner, Wine Moms are at the top of their game.
WHAT MAKES WINE MOMS UNIQUE?
Our shows have gained notoriety for being chaotic and wild with a heavy focus on audience interaction, often preferring the floor to the stage and a consistently changing and evolving setlist. As well as that we are pioneering our own distinctive brand of 'grungepunk' fusing the 80's hardcore punk scene with the 90's Seattle grunge scene. With this we've been able to release a lot of music for a band of our size and we're constantly learning from our previous work and pushing ourselves to discover more of our sound with each release
