Female Fronted Alt. Rock Sensation Accidental President Drops Modern Version Of Sonny Bono's Hit "Bang Bang"

Rising alt-rock icons Accidental President are back with a brand new single, a cover of Sonny Bono's iconic hit "Bang Bang." The track is the second release from their highly anticipated album "Was It Meant To Be This Way?", scheduled to drop on October 6th, 2023 via Wormholedeath.

Accidental President presents a Modern, High-Octane, Up-Tempo re-working of the timeless Sonny Bono classic - originally made famous by Cher & later Nancy Sinatra. Reflecting the #metoo era, Dahlia Neville spits, snarls & turns the tables against a high-energy backing & dynamic angular Guitar. Dave Ben Lee comments:
“We always enjoy playing cover versions. Aside from playing songs you love, you also learn a lot about your craft. But it’s important - we feel, to bring originality & really try to make it YOUR version of a song. We feel we’ve achieved that with Bang Bang & hope listeners really enjoy hearing a familiar song in a different style.”
