MAKES MY BLOOD DANCE AND SPECIAL GUESTS ARE HEADING OUT ON THE ‘DISCO METAL TOUR’ THIS APRIL
Brooklyn disco metal outfit Makes My Blood Dance are heading out on the nationwide Disco Metal Tour with special guests Edwrds, Cedars, and more on select dates. The Disco Metal Tour will kick off on April 11th in Amityville, NY and run through to a hometown performance in Brooklyn, NY on April 29th.
Makes My Blood Dance are currently supporting the release of their latest single “Together Apart”, which has been turning heads with its theatrical music video, garnering more than 17,000 views on YouTube and 15,000+ streams on Spotify. Self-described as Dance Rock or Goth Metal, this band truly embraces the glam spirit, often compared to the likes of The Darkness, Ghost, and Mindless Self Indulgence.
To connect with their fanbase further, Makes My Blood Dance will be partnering with social influencers in the rock and metal scene to host a series of ticket giveaways to any show on the Disco Metal Tour. Makes My Blood Dance can’t seem to sit still. Single after single, live show after killer live show, they’ve made a name for themselves splicing and mutating the genes of metal with disco, glam, and electropop. Lead vocalist and founder Evan Russell Saffer and guitarist/synth player John Polimeni hot-wire genres at will, like self-taught chemists slowly losing their minds in a condemned lab. Joined by Filia Luna on bass and backing vocals, and Alan Zaparoli behind the drum kit, the foursome make every track twitch like a fork in an outlet.
