Debut album from Bone Idle Brothers - Alt-Americana from the west coast of Scotland

After years of anticipation, Bone Idle Bros. finally release their eponymous debut album!

After years in development, the eponymous debut album by Bone Idle Bros. is finally here. They’ve overcome every obstacle thrown at them, including a certain pandemic, to release their highly anticipated self-titled first LP. The album, recorded in Glasgow’s La Chunky and Gorbals Sound by producers Johnny Smillie and Kevin Burleigh, contains remastered versions of previous hits ‘I Love the Country’ and ‘Sometimes’ alongside brand new singles ‘So Tired’ and ‘It’s Easy’. Each song, whether it’s celebrating an adoration of outlaw country, having another drink to drown your sorrows or having to deal with the storm that ensues after spurning a significant other, encapsulates the personal experience and superlative instrumentation of each member of the band. Combined into one slick package, Bone Idle Bros. finally delivers the thought- provoking, tightly formed roots rock that Americana lovers and the band’s fans alike have been clamouring for.

Rough and ready, Bone Idle Bros. mix soulful lyrics, bright guitars and steady rhythms to produce thoughtful discursions on both the highs and lows of life. Running the gamut from soulful introspections to full-power rock anthems and with members from all over Scotland, Bone Idle Bros. combines musicians from all walks of life to create a singularly toe-tapping sonic experience.
