Chicago punk rock trio The Mizzerables drops the new single "85"
Chicago punk rock trio The Mizzerables has released the new single "85."
Front man Joe Mizzi says, ""85" is a reflection of the chaos and confusion of growing up in a time of mixed messages and broken promises. It’s a history that is repeating itself. It captures the frustration and dissolution on an individual level through the lens of an era that shaped a generation, my generation."

Since 2013, The Mizzerables have been bringing tons of catchy hooks and energy to their music. Influenced by bands like Green Day, Alkaline Trio, and OWTH, they’ve put out three albums and a single.
After discovering he has a cystic fibrosis-related genetic disorder, undergoing surgery, and navigating two years of IVF, Joe and his wife are now expecting their first child. Joe has spent the past few years sorting out his mental and physical health, and these experiences have shaped the songs the band will be releasing over the next several weeks.
Recorded at Third Class Studios in Traverse City, MI Engineered, Mixed and Mastered by Brian Chamberlain, with Additional Vocals by Kevin Sierzega (Teen Idols, P.T.'s Revenge) Artwork by Anderson Mets.
