Annie Keating releases 10th studio album "Hard Frost" ahead on UK tour in September

Annie Keating’s new release “HARD FROST” is another superb collaboration between songwriter Annie Keating and brilliant guitarist/producer Teddy Kumpel, who last produced the 15 song “Bristol County Tides” album in 2021.  On this new album, Keating shows her range and depth, with no two songs sounding alike, ranging from raucous rock to tender acoustic storytelling.

With grit and grace, humor and heartache, the album keeps the listener spellbound for ten tracks including one stunning co-write with songwriter Lynne Hanson (“Lies and Dynamite” ) and a crackling cover of “So Lonely” written by Sting (of the band The Police).

Hitting the road again in the September of 2023, for a stretch of upcoming UK/Scotland shows will see Keating assembling some of the UK’s finest players to bring an added raucous energy and unbridled joy. (visit https://www.anniekeating.com for updates and tickets)

Channeling a vulnerable energy ‘Feels Like Home’ is serene soundscape of openness and emotions. It’s a very pretty picturesque, folk-ish ballad.

Bursting with fiery pretentious attitude fuelled energy. The funky guitars perfectly fit the tracks brassy tone and the erratic keys add a nice amount of jangle. Annie’s vocals are wonderfully assured and dramatic.
