[16/08/24] Following the release of their debut single Blink featuring Nathan Nicholson of The Boxer Rebellion, electronic three-piece Zodiac, today share ‘Come My Way’ [PIAS] Électronique.
‘Come My Way’ builds on the atmospheric and emotive style introduced in debut single ‘Blink (feat. Nathan Nicholson)’ showcasing Zodiac's ability to fuse haunting melodies with driving electronic beats.
With its hypnotic rhythm and soulful vocals from Falle Nioke, who featured on Barry Can’t Swim’s BRIT nominated album When Will We Land, ‘Come My Way’ is set to make waves and break down genre barriers as the group continues to define their place in the electronic music scene.
The trio explain; “The session for this record took place in a studio in London back in April 2024 where we, along with Falle, pieced together the foundations, which were then polished in the following weeks. The intent is to be a crossbreed of Amapiano, Afro House and Melodic House, with the lyrics telling the story of one person admiring the beauty of another, and craving their presence in their life.”
Zodiac, formed in 2023, is comprised of three innovative artists from North West England and the Isle of Wight—Art LeFleur, Malachi, and Virgo. Each member brings a distinct sound and vision to the project, blending their talents to create a fresh and captivating electronic soundscape that is as evocative as it is immersive.
