THE RATTLEBACKS
THE RATTLEBACKS CONTINUE TO CLIMB WITH STUNNING NEW SINGLE!
High flying Brit rock ‘n’ rollers, THE RATTLEBACKS, have now revealed their explosive new single and video, Over The Edge - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=leSYLTgyAQg .
Hailing from Brighton, England and formed in 2021, THE RATTLEBACKS are a true force of nature. Armed with a colossal rhythm section comprised of Seth Markes (drums) and Jack ‘The Hell’ Hollamby, as well as potent riff slingers Coxy (Rhythm Guitar) and Max (lead guitar), and vocalist Josh Clarke, who has the power and range to deliver on every level, THE RATTLEBACKS have the conviction, ingenuity, and talent to take hard rock music to the next generation. With an impressive encyclopedia of influences, the diligent five-piece nod to grunge and hard rock but with a fresh and modern take. THE RATTLEBACKS are not a band recycling old ideas and worn-out messages; this band are the real deal and are destined to walk their own unique path.
Last year, the fiery quintet unleashed their debut EP, Kink, which instantly planted the band on the map. Critical acclaim beckoned with rampant praise from the likes of Powerplay Magazine, Fireworks, HRH Magazine, and Metalized. Numerous headline sold-out shows also helped the band finish 2023 in supreme style. THE RATTLEBACKS started this year in a very similar vein, catching the attention of industry darlings, Tailgunner, who have taken them out on their nationwide, ‘Guns For Hire’ tour. Besides cultivating a hearty live following, THE RATTLEBACKS have also been hard at work in the studio working on their eagerly-awaited debut album.
Tracks like their recent single, Backdrop, and new single, Over The Edge, clearly illustrate the diverse and growing stature of the band. Over The Edge is a burly slab of engrossing rock that deals with a desperate internal struggle that many of us have to face in our own minds—a bleak reality of the human experience. The music video is in stark contrast to the spitting and snarling of past videos. This time we view the boys behind the leather, eyeliner and attitude, and we see the slightly more vulnerable, hardworking reality of the band. With festival appearances lining up for this Summer and live shows in the works for 2025, THE RATTLEBACKS’ trajectory will be swift and long-lasting.
