The Outcast Crew release new album 'Rovin' Again'

The Outcast Crew, the raucous Irish trad-punk band, proudly announce the release of their highly anticipated sophomore album, "Rovin’ Again," available now on Warner Chappell Music’s ‘Elbroar’ label.

Following their acclaimed 2021 debut, "Myths and Yarns," "Rovin’ Again" features 12 original tracks produced and mixed by lead singer Brian O’Mahoney, with mastering by Wav Mastering. This latest offering sees the band boldly venturing into new musical landscapes, incorporating elements of Americana and Blues while retaining their signature punk/folk sound.

“We approached this album with a more organic process, really just the band jamming together,” explains O’Mahoney. “We’d gather, throw around some ideas, create an arrangement, and record it on our phones. Those raw recordings shaped the final tracks. We recorded the drums at Golden Egg Studios in Laois, known for its excellent live room acoustics, and completed the remaining instruments and vocals in our home studio.”

The Outcast Crew's debut album, "Myths & Yarns," made a significant impact upon its release, earning the number one spot for Best Debut Album and a place in the Top 20 new albums of 2021 by the influential Celtic punk website, ‘London Celtic Punks.’ Released through Los Angeles-based licensing and publishing company 'Songs to Your Eyes,' the album solidified their presence in the music scene.

With a six-member lineup, The Outcast Crew masterfully blends the raw energy of 70s punk influences like The Clash and Stiff Little Fingers with the traditional sounds of The Pogues and The Dubliners. This perfect fusion creates a unique and compelling Celtic Punk experience that resonates deeply with fans.

"Rovin’ Again" is now available on all major streaming platforms.
