The Great Leslie release new single “No Future”

London-based band The Great Leslie is set to release their fourth EP, ‘Repeat, Repeat, Repeat.’, led by the powerful and sociallycharged single ‘No Future’.

Frontman Ollie Trevers explains, “No Future is designed to speak to young people about their plights in modern-day Britain, where they face minimal prospects, limited opportunities, and financial challenges. It highlights the mess we find ourselves in and questions nihilistically whether there’s any point in carrying on.”

The band has been going from strength to strength since their formation, but 2024 has seen them really start to make waves in the indie scene with the release of their third EP, ‘Heavy Unsteady’, which was closely followed by a live performance on BBC Radio and XS Manchester; not to mention them supporting pop-rock icon James Blunt at the Stimmen Festival in Germany, as well as indie legends Franz Ferdinand in Manchester, UK

With 5.2 million YouTube views and over 600k Spotify streams under their belts, EP no.4, ‘Repeat, Repeat, Repeat’ will surely keep their ever-growing momentum going.

The year culminated in the release of their second EP, ‘21st Century Problems’, which garnered glowing praise from both DJs and fans, including a commendation from Simon Le Bon of Duran Duran. To top it all off they recorded and released a live album at Abbey Road Studios, titled "Live From Studio Two".

In 2022, they released three singles, which earned them spots on Apple's global 'New in Rock' editorial playlist and Spotify's 'Hot New Bands' playlist.

Their music received airplay on major platforms like BBC Introducing, Kerrang! Radio, and Amazing Radio. Additionally, their track 'All Good Things' was featured on Tidal's 'UK Indie: Best of 2022' playlist.
