The Great Leslie Release New EP “Repeat, Repeat, Repeat”
London-based band The Great Leslie has released their fourth EP, Repeat, Repeat, Repeat, led by the powerful and socially charged single ‘Dreams’.
Frontman Ollie Trevers explains, “‘Dreams’ is literally about pursuing your dreams and delves more specifically into the minutia of the struggles of artists and the shallow nature of the music industry.”
The band has been going from strength to strength since their formation, but 2024 has seen them really start to make waves in the indie scene with the release of their third EP, Heavy Unsteady, which was closely followed by a live performance on BBC Radio and XS Manchester. The band also supported pop-rock icon James Blunt at the Stimmen Festival in Germany, as well as indie legends Franz Ferdinand in Manchester, UK.
“Oh my goodness...I’m hearing a punky The Darkness...but The Great Leslie has got more gravitas than The Darkness, this has got some depth to it, some profundity.” - Simon Le Bon (Duran Duran)
