Hailing from the picturesque city of Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia, Maulana Malik Ibrahim is a contemporary folk musician renowned for his mastery of traditional Indonesian instruments, particularly the suling and gamelan. His collaboration with Belle Morte showcases the seamless harmony of diverse cultures through the universal language of music.

Belle Morte's visionary approach to music has garnered international acclaim, rooted in their debut EP "Game On" released in 2018. The band's distinctive blend of dark symphonic metal with gothic and progressive influences, coupled with a melancholic vibe, has captivated audiences worldwide. In 2021, Belle Morte signed with Wormholedeath to release their full-length conceptual album "Crime of Passion," inspired by John Fowles's novel "The Collector." This album weaves a compelling narrative exploring the depths of human emotion, culminating in themes of obsession, stalking, and tragic outcomes from both the victim's and the perpetrator's perspective.
