Sundreams are a dreamy rock'n'roll band, headed by singer-songwriters Lou Gold and Jonathan  Lambert. They met as neighbours in East London and began collaborating in 2021. Together  Sundreams make music for better days. Their debut EP was recorded with producer Adam Bowers  (other acts include When Rivers Meet) in April 2022, in his Suffolk boathouse studio on the River  Orwell. The sun-dappled studio further inspired their sound and ultimately the band’s name,  Sundreams. Their songs are timeless, life-affirming melodies, spanning themes of love, life and  redemption - but never forgetting a little tongue-in-cheek fun.

The video combines a joyful, sea-drenched performance from the band with a more profound  narrative weaved through, which sees Gold finding self-actualisation and strength in the long walk to  the sea and a swim. The swim might have ended in catastrophe but for the light of Lambert’s  campfire on the beach which guides her to safety. It is a story of endurance against the odds,  nature’s initiation of us, and friendship; of championing each other when things get tough. Its  poignant lyrics, "Run at the Waves, if you feel strong enough - I can be brave, I can be brave my  love," resonate as a rallying cry for perseverance in the face of adversity.
