South Coast 4-Piece Myriad release new single "Living on the Internet"
“Just so good! Loving it so much”
– Fern Buckley, BBC Introducing
Their new track, “Living on the Internet” is the band’s first single from their new era out now. This is the first single from their upcoming "Living on the Internet" E.P. set to release in January 2025.
Dripping with indie sounds, with the newest leaving you singing "3 2 1 I'm gonna **** up your life", the indie 4-piece's new single blends classic indie guitar influences with modern lyrics speaking about artificial intelligence and being chronically online.
With this song, Myriad are drawing from the likes of Sea Girls, Arctic Monkeys and Spacey Jane. The energy and lyrics of “Living on the Internet” make this Myriad’s catchiest indie rock track yet.
Quote from the band:
"Living on the Internet" is about how artificial intelligence is growing exponentially and how everyone is chronically online in 2024. We are all scrolling on our phones endlessly - it’s making us a new breed of human being, connected to the internet like it’s our life support.
Myriad are also putting on their biggest-ever headline show:
