Soleil noiR announce Crowdfunding campaign for new EP “CONNECT”

Soleil noiR is an energic alternative rock trio whose particularity is to mix french lyrics and dynamic rock music with the subtle vibrations and rhythmics of the Didgeridoo, a traditional instrument originally owned by the Aborigines in Australia. The strong connexion between Dam (lead singer, guitar and didgeridoo) and his adoptive australian aboriginal family, the doonooch dancers, had him learn the complexity of the didgeridoo and incorporate it to a modern music style.

From 1994 to 2008 Soleil noiR is in France and Dam, Seub (bass, backing vocals) and Niko (drums, backing vocals) perform more than 1000 shows as well as releasing albums like "Alternatifs" or "Ici, Ailleurs". Singles "Au coeur" and "Rien à faire" are aired on several radios around the world.

In 2008 the band is exhausted and mutually agree to a break. Little would they know at that time this pause would last for 12 years.

Dam moves to Canada. Seub and Niko are in France, plays in different bands and side projects.

2020, new song "Ce qu'on sème" announces possible reunion.

2022, Soleil noiR rises again. After a short tour in the south of France in june, the decision is made to reunite for good.

2023 has seen the band get airplays on more than 180 radios worldwide with major interest from English speaking countries, record new songs and sign a worldwide management deal with Extreme Management Group.

2024 will be an exciting time with the release of a new EP and as much stage as possible.
