SINGLE REVIEW: ...it Happens - Paranoia Song

…it Happens share trudging, melodic new single 'Paranoia Song'.

The band features Terhi: lyricist, melodist, vox, and Steve: multi-instrumentalist, producer, and mentor. The duo started performing together over 10 years ago, then, after a long break, rejoined forces to create …it Happens last year.

'Paranoia Song ' is compelling with its coarse, laid-back energy. The vocals are genuine and authentic, with a rawness and unlying element of attitude. It's subtly catchy with fantastic blues-infused guitars and arthouse stance.

It features a powerful message about being non-judgemental. The idea that it's often easier to keep closed off and play safe than lay yourself bare and vulnerable to objection. Its blasts with the notion you can only form opinions on someone's life once you've walked in their shoes. Everyone can exist without narrow-minded criticism just because you don't understand someone's circumstances or agree with how they live.

Rhythmic and drifting 'Paranoia Song' is beautiful in its simplicity. Terhi's voice has a captivating, unique tone. It's a song of understanding, freedom, and acceptance.

I'm Amy a Norfolk girl, currently residing at the seaside.

Age: eternally 21 (I’m really Peter Pan!).

By day I'm a Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould Resident Liaison Officer and by night I'm CRB's admin bitch, reviewer extraordinaire, point and hope for the best photographer, paperclip monitor and expert at breaking anything technical then expecting Scott to fix it!

I'm into all kinds of music the more obscure the better (my music taste is definitely better than yours 🤪😜) with my fave band being The Wonder Years.

I'm an Ipswich Town fan and have an unhealthy obsession with hedgehogs!
