SINGLE REVIEW: Clarches - Fresh Start

France's Clarches is one of the most authentic talents you'll hear. Living out his childhood dream to make music, his passion radiates from every moment of his new single 'Fresh Start'.

Clarches has beautifully captured the Americana, blues rock sound.

Fully self-produced and self-recorded he also plays every instrument on the record, there really is no end to his talents. 'Fresh Start' sounds as polished and professional as any track with a huge production team backing it.

The song is bursting with an infectious funky groove, catchy hooks, and deconstructed blues riffs. Attitude heavy while also offering glimpses of vulnerability. It's the perfect rock song. Clarches' energy is contagious you can't help but fall in love with his authenticity and well-rounded sound.

The lyrics examine how hard it can be to make it in life but how passion can get you through. Focusing on his own dream to make it as a musician, detailing how while observing others going nowhere he's always been burning with desire to play guitar and have his songs heard. It conveys the idea that sometimes it would be easier to give up but you have to keep faith in yourself and become your own fresh start.

If it was already obvious I'm a big fan of Clarches, from the first listen 'Fresh Start' had me hooked with its big anthemic sound. The talent on display is exceptional. I hope he can get full band backing so he can take his music on the road, songs like this need to be heard live!
