Danny Peyronel began his career as a teenager during rock's "Golden Age." He co-founded the Heavy Metal Kids, a band that influenced the punk scene, before joining UFO as their original keyboardist, helping shape their sound. Over the years, he’s written hits for Meat Loaf, David Gilmour, and Sade, fronted the 80s band Tarzen, and released solo material.

‘IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LOOK THE OTHER WAY’ is Peyronel’s debut release on Spotify, produced with guitarist and collaborator David Pereira-Oleart and featuring local talent. The track combines nostalgic stadium rock with punk-tinged energy, carried by an infectious pop melody. Pounding drums and sharp hooks keep the momentum, while the unexpected use of synths injects an 80s new wave influence into the sound.

The song draws on familiar, retro vibes, with a sweeping guitar solo adding some flair. It offers a balance of old-school charm and energetic fun, making for an inviting and engaging listen that plays to Peyronel’s strengths without overcomplicating the formula.
