SINGLE REVIEW: BLFST - Vipers

‘Vipers’ softly creeps in with a mystical ambiance, introducing vocals featuring a glorious soft rasp. The drums beat a gently percussive rhythm, leading to a powerful, raucous chorus filled with sparkling chords as the drums up the ante taking on a more thunderous role. The vocals grow in stature fueled by anger and passion.

Influenced by the modern UK punk scene, it blends hardcore punk density, the artistic sound of post-punk revival with indie touches, and the snarl of post-hardcore.

‘Vipers’ is a stellar debut single from Spain's BLFST is epic and immersive, and has certainly left me eager to hear more!

Amy

I'm Amy a Norfolk girl, currently residing at the seaside.

Age: eternally 21 (I’m really Peter Pan!).

By day I'm a Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould Resident Liaison Officer and by night I'm CRB's admin bitch, reviewer extraordinaire, point and hope for the best photographer, paperclip monitor and expert at breaking anything technical then expecting Scott to fix it!

I'm into all kinds of music the more obscure the better (my music taste is definitely better than yours 🤪😜) with my fave band being The Wonder Years.

I'm an Ipswich Town fan and have an unhealthy obsession with hedgehogs!
