SINGLE REVIEW: Bealby Point - Coded Personalities

Wrapped in a sun-laced, hedonistic jangle Bealby Point delve into a relationship crash, examining how easy it is for communication to break down and true meanings to become hidden or unclear.

Bright uptempo shimmering vibes blend with rhythmic Indie vocals. Infectiously bouncy with a beautifully danceable groove. Catchy hooks and playful drums radiate summer energy. The tempo dips towards the end to a more hazy, dreamy, psychedelic feel before building the jangle back up to end.

Lyrically the words contradict the song's upbeat stance. Offering themes of vulnerability, and aloneness within a tumultuous relationship. The urgency to regain communication but suffering constant setbacks. Hiding yourself and true intentions while feeling desperate to be liked.

'Coded Personalities' is a charming, infectious glittering indie anthem. A total earworm that is sure to have you hooked from the first listen!

By day I'm a Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould Resident Liaison Officer and by night I'm CRB's admin bitch, reviewer extraordinaire, point and hope for the best photographer, paperclip monitor and expert at breaking anything technical then expecting Scott to fix it!

I'm into all kinds of music the more obscure the better (my music taste is definitely better than yours 🤪😜) with my fave band being The Wonder Years.
