SINGLE REVEIW: *invalence - Parts Worth Remembering

'Parts Worth Remembering' begins with a soft, almost imperceptible intro, gently leading you into its intoxicating shoegaze soundscape. As the track unfolds, it captivates with its raw, distorted sound, gradually blooming with harmonious chords and hazy melodies. The subtle, churning bass provides a solid grounding, rising and falling in harmony with the music's shifts.

The drums play a dynamic role, alternating between explosive moments and more subdued phases. Meanwhile, the guitars weave intricate patterns, sometimes whining and at other times swirling, adding layers of complexity to the track. Amid the journey, the vocals emerge as beautifully authentic and profoundly sincere, bursting with unapologetic passion, determined to rise above the chaotic musical landscape. In essence, 'Parts Worth Remembering' is like a mythical beast awakening with fiery fervour, crashing and soaring in a hauntingly captivating fashion.

An impressive debut release from *invalence, I look forward to hearing more.
