‘Show Don’t Tell’ - BARSTAFF show their full hand

On the back of their UK tour, BARSTAFF are releasing their long-awaited debut EP Show Don’t Tell on Friday 28th April; a deep-dive into alternative indie-pop brilliance. Dubbed as ‘one’s to watch in 2023’ by This Feeling, BARSTAFF have quickly amassed an eager following thanks to their artistry in penning catchy as f*ck indie-pop tunes. Show Don’t Tell is the band’s first complete catalogue of music: from experimental hip-hop tracks to night-time-drive bedroom pop ballads, the EP demonstrates the bands versatility as they hone their talents and fine-tune their sound.

Show Don’t Tell is a concept the band devised themselves- they want the EP to speak for itself, showing listeners what they are capable of with a diverse portfolio of tracks. Singles RocketsKnow Now, and Outta Your League are joined by four other tracks to complete the body of music.

Radio X DJ, John Kennedy: ‘‘There must be something in the water in Wigan. Just so good.’’

The Zine UK: ‘‘‘Know Now’ is a cheer up when the nation feels a bit down.’’

BBC Radio Merseyside DJ, Dave Monks: ‘‘That band’s name is going to cause confusion at venues!’’

‘Show, Don’t Tell’ is streaming on all platforms on April 28th.
