Screaming Sunset: From Studio Project to Bold New Sound

Screaming Sunset, a band rooted in friendship and a shared vision, continues to evolve, crafting music that dives deep into personal and emotional landscapes. Founded in 2010 by longtime friends and guitarists Stille and Vessiel, the duo's original goal was simple: convey genuine emotions through their music, pulling listeners into their unique world. This approach is evident both in the raw energy of their recordings and in the immersive quality they aim to bring to each track.

The band's lineup expanded in 2011 with the addition of drummer G.D., leading to the release of their debut demo, Sunrise of Sunset, in 2012. This was followed by Dawn of an Era, marking the band's initial strides in exploring their sound. However, when G.D. left the project due to other commitments, Stille and Vessiel found themselves at a creative crossroads. The experience led to a reimagining of their sound and style, with Stille taking on additional roles in instrumental production and software engineering.

This period of transformation culminated in Anime Di Vetro, released in March 2023. The album represents a significant turning point for the band, capturing darker reflections of modern life in a fully self-produced package. Embracing themes of introspection and change, Anime Di Vetro showcases Screaming Sunset's dedication to crafting a personal yet universal experience.

In a nod to both their roots and their future, Screaming Sunset returned to English for their recent single Rules Burned, released on Friday 13 October 2023. The track not only reflects their evolution but also serves as a preview of the album expected in late 2024—a project that promises to deepen Screaming Sunset’s unique blend of intensity, emotion, and self-expression.
