Independent artist Salyse released a remix EP of her uplifting “EVE OF 4/20” anthem with four new takes on the motivational tune. The EVE OF 4/20 Remix EP celebrates different musical genres, including Dancehall, Jersey Club, Afrobeat, and Neo-Soul in the lead up to 4/20 later this month, capturing listeners’ attention no matter their favorite style of music.

“I’m excited to share these new tracks with everyone and have them join me in the party that is ‘EVE OF 4/20,’” said Salyse. “This EP is honest, fun, and full of light, and I hope it will bring as much joy to everyone who listens to it as we had making it. “EVE OF 4/20” is about how to enjoy the small moments in life even if that’s creating an “Eve” for one of your favorite days of the year, and I think that comes through loud and clear on each of these remixes.”

“EVE OF 4/20,” penned by the talented singer-songwriter herself, aims to inspire listeners to embrace life and keep their spirits high despite the challenges they may face. The new remixes re-envision the song, underscore its relevance, and update it to be current with the times we are in now. Each track will grab listeners’ attention and bring them along on a journey with the artist, chasing what feels good and celebrating every moment of happiness you can.

Descriptions of the tracks on the EVE OF 4/20 Remix EP are below.

Dancehall Remix by Isla Amisu: The Dancehall Remix channels a raw, rhythmic undercurrent that amplifies the song’s sensuality and edge. This riddim-driven version creates a magnetic atmosphere that leans into movement, mood, and energy.

Jersey Club Remix by Princess Wes: The Jersey Club Remix brings a high-energy, club-ready twist to “EVE OF 4/20,” driving the track with a groove.

Remix by Shino Blackk: The Afrobeat Remix by Shino Blackk infuses the track with rich percussion and vibrant rhythms that will feel like freedom as listeners dance on the floor!

Neo-Soul Remix by Sharod Virtuoso: The Neo-Soul Remix brings a smooth, soulful vibe to “EVE OF 4/20,” blending rich, mellow instrumentation with Salyse's emotive vocals. This version evokes the timeless feel of classic neo-soul, offering a laid-back yet deeply resonant interpretation of the song that highlights its emotional depth and warmth.

EVE OF 4/20 Remix EP is now available on all major streaming platforms, including  Amazon Music and Spotify.  It will be released on Apple Music next week.

The artist is working with Stowaway Music Distribution for this EP release.
