Power Metal Band Hans & Valter release new single “In the Name of the Oak” + video
Swedish power metal band HANS & VALTER announces that their debut album ’The Legend of the Oakensource’ is set for release April 23rd 2025
In ’The Legend of the Oakensource’, listeners will follow the two warriors Hans & Valter as they seek to save Flour Village from Dark Lord Renius’ reign of terror, doing everything in their might to prevent The Endless Night.
As a final build-up before the first installment in their “musical universe”, they now release their third single “In the Name of the Oak”.
The song is accompanied by a music video inspired by the late 90’s Eurodance scene, showcasing their sense of humor.

Hans & Valter’s Musical Universe (HVMU)
Hans & Valter are the titular protagonists in a musical universe set in an alternate Sweden. Real life friends become heroes, neighborhoods become mythical forces, and villages become majestic monarchies, as our heroes’ journey takes them from classic fantasy quests, to preventing alien robot invasions, and ultimately, saving the multiverse.
