Point North Returns with Hard-Hitting New Single: 'World {vs} Peace'
RETURN WITH HARD-HITTING NEW SINGLE
September 26, 2024 – Los Angeles, CA – Point North is back with a dynamic new song for the ages. ‘WORLD {vs} PEACE’ arrived on Sept. 26, and is a powerful anthem for those who are on a relentless journey towards finding inner peace. The song features a dynamic soundscape that perfectly complements Point North’s emotional intensity, and premiered to high praise on SiriusXM Octane. The band is raring and ready to rip this one live as they embark on a Fall 2024 headline tour with support from Nevertel, Elijah, and RIVALS. The trek kicked off in Phoenix, Arizona on September 12, will hit 23 cities across the country, and wrap up in Fresno, CA in October. The band will also play the main stage at a number of major festivals in 2024 including Louder Than Life, and AfterShock.

“The sentiment behind WORLD {vs} PEACE touches on the struggle or the battle that somebody - either you or someone you love - can go through while they’re trying to find their own inner peace. It’s almost like a defense mechanism, it’s like you’re so used to these detrimental or traumatic scenarios where inner peace is so unfamiliar that you just naturally want to fight it off. It’s almost like you have this Stockholm syndrome for your own sufferings. It’s something that I’ve dealt with, so this is a song that touches on that irony.”
