Organoclorados Transmit An intriguing Message from the Future

In the midst of New Year's Eve, when expectations are in fashion, Organoclorados transmits to us an intriguing Message from the Future as a clip.

The official concept says that "sustainable development is development capable of meeting the needs of the current generation, without compromising the ability to meet the needs of future generations. It is development that does not exhaust resources for the future."

However, faced with so much environmental degradation, social exclusion, inequality and disregard for the planet, future generations gradually lose hope, trust and patience in relation to the current generation.

As a result of this reflection, Organoclorados has a song that describes an imaginative construction in which a harsh message sent by future generations to the current generation. A vigorous outburst and at the same time a warning that they will take over the world and those who insist on an outdated vision will be run over by a new paradigm.

At first, it appears to be simply about physical violence. However, from a turning point, mirrored even in the rhythm, the song introduces the idea of a future that is inevitably approaching. This future has claws and scares, because present attitudes have consequences, and the arm of History ends up revealing secrets. Remember: this song gives us a message from the future. The present, victim of the "nails of time", is like a body that falls slowly, in a gradual and irreversible decline, to give way to the future which, despite being revolted, arrives singing victory and with a certain sarcasm, to assume decision-making control and whoever knows how to change the paths of humanity.

Mensagem do Futuro is on the album Saudade da Razão (2022) and the music video basically consists of a creative mix of images from Organoclorados' presentation at the super event Palco do Rock held in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, in February 2023 and images collected among collaborators.
