ORGANOCLORADOS share new single ‘Ferry-Boat Blues 21’: the beauty of love and concern for the future of the planet

Through this song, Organoclorados explores the contrast between a moment of romantic intimacy shared between two people and a disturbing reality of environmental degradation. The verses of the lyrics evoke images and sensations, creating a scenario that mixes the beauty of human connection with environmental concerns and the restlessness of the modern world.

To express this reflection, the musical option chosen was a dive into the seas of blues. This inspiration produced sounds and an infectious, almost hypnotic cadence, with some space for experimentalism and influences from 1960s rock.

The arrangements seek to reflect in chords, riffs and melodies the duality that permeates the entire meaning of the lyrics. On the one hand, the ephemerality of life and environmental concern, symbolized by pollution and the future of the planet. On the other, the beauty of love and the idealism of youth that make us capable of imagining clean oceans and safe beaches, even with a hint of doubt and fear about the future.
