Having listened to some 120 new singles in October, I ended up with a not-so-short shortlist of 36 and the impossible task of whittling it down to the very best top ten. After many listens and much deliberation, I’ve managed to get to a Top 12. It would be a crime to exclude any 2 of these incredible tracks, spanning indie, folk, rock, punk and ska.
