NYC Blues-Rockers Jane Lee Hooker release  White Gold video in advance of 2023 European Tour

New York City Blues-Rockers Jane Lee Hooker are releasing a new single and  video for the track White Gold – taken from their Rollin’ album. The clip, directed by  Rob Carter, will world premiere on Wednesday night, May 3rd in the US (Thursday  morning, May 4th in Australia) exclusively through the therockpit.net website and  social media. The White Gold video will be available on digital video platforms  world-wide on Friday, May 5th via Symphonic Distribution – and the clip has already  been added to VEVO’s Acoustic Rock playlist.

The acoustic-based White Gold harkens back to the Blues roots of the band. Jane  Lee Hooker guitarist Tina Gorin, who is featured on steel guitar on the song, says of  the track: “I always knew we had a song like this in us. It doesn’t even feel like a  departure for us to me. We always had roots in our music and this shows our purer  side of that.” The track is the fifth single & video to be released from last year’s  Rollin’ album, following Jericho, Drive, All Good Things and Lucky. New York Music  Daily called Rollin’ “(Jane Lee Hooker’s) strongest release yet,” and the album received glowing reviews from both fans and the press around the globe.

Jane Lee Hooker will be returning to the stages of Europe on June 1st when they  begin a 6 week tour at Spirit of 66 in Verviers, Belgium. The band play dates in  Germany, Slovakia and France before wrapping up with 11 shows in Spain – marking the first time JLH has played shows in the country. Jane Lee Hooker is  booked exclusively in Europe by Teenage Head Music. Of the upcoming European  tour, JLH vocalist Dana Athens excitedly states “I’m really looking forward to kicking  off our tour at the familiar and wonderful Spirit of ‘66 in Verviers, Belgium, and so  excited to visit places we’ve never played before like España! We have some tricks  up our sleeve and can’t wait to rock you, Europe! Let’s keep on Rollin’!”

“(Jane Lee Hooker) is fast developing a reputation for hosting one of the wildest,  most off-the-hook rock & roll shows on the circuit.”

- LA Weekly

“With a lineup consisting of ex-members of Nashville Pussy, Bad Wizard,  Helldorado, and Lez Zeppelin, it’s really no surprise that JLH brings the rock. JLH’s  chemistry is undeniable… one of those bands that you need to see, as their  recording simply doesn’t do them justice or capture the raw energy of their live  performance.”
