EP Release Show 11th July London’s The Waiting Room

TaliaBle, the 25-year old rapper and visual artist, is poised for greatness with the unveiling of her debut EP All Desires Trouble Us, set for release on 12 July via PRAH Recordings. TaliaBle is also sharing the first single, ‘Pandora’z Spit.’

‘Pandora’z Spit’ sees TaliaBle channel her rage into a gloriously glitchy piece that playfully describes the harsh reality of an underground artist: the grit, the anxiety, the risk, the fun and the yearning to be heard, to be seen, to feel safe.

TaliaBle offers on the single: “Fast forward 3 years and my life had become a tapestry of shenanigans. Experiences felt like XP points, so I had to hoard as many as possible. The chaos of run and gun living was my only way of attempting to taste my creative dreams. Often that opened a can of worms upon my yellow bricked road, yet I’d been programmed to always channel any emotion into and through the art.”

TaliaBle is also premiering the video for ‘Pandora’z Spit’ which she has directed with Jasper Golding adding the incredible bed of animation, bringing the world of TaliaBle to existence. TaliaBle adds: “I’ve always had this idea of creating a fictional world inspired and engulfed by Magnum the iconic tonic wine. Almost like an ode to my vice for trudging with me through the whacky times, the glorious times as well as the scary. Jasper Golding brought this lucid idea to life, laying an animated foundation of where TaliaBle exists: Zundon Town - a whimsical place where imagineers bubble in poetic pain, churning fantasy narratives within the realism of The Endz .”

TaliaBle is a North London based, punk rapper and visual artist who creates a world full of surplus wonder, surrealism and raw stories. Gaining attention from the likes of i-D and The Face as well as headlining a ‘Late at the Tate’ show, TaliaBle has been hailed as ‘exciting, experimental and punk as hell.’ From 100 Club to Keephush, Round House, Outbreak Festival, KOKO and Pickle Factory, TaliaBle is carving out a yellow brick road through the underground scene proving her intention of ‘utilising music as a soundscape catalyst for imaginary world building.’

Born and raised in Tottenham, TaliaBle found her voice through poetry, writing about mental health, social injustice and the Black experience while studying at Central Saint Martins. Here, she also developed her own visual language which now permeates throughout her work. She has directed music videos for the likes of Nia Archives, Obongjayar, and Cruel Santino. During her time working at music broadcasting platform Keep Hush her eyes were opened to the underground music scene. It was there she met hardcore punk producer Karl Brinaj. Recognising her raw talent and moshpit-inducing potential, Karl played a pivotal role in shaping TaliaBle's abrasive sound, marking the beginning of an exciting artistic collaboration.
