About INSANE HABITS
Brothers and best friends - that’s the Austrian Punkrock-Trio from Vienna. Stefan and Mark know each other from middle school and after they went to different high-schools, both discovered Punkrock music and developed a lifelong love for Punk attitude. Enjoy live, respect everyone.
Inspired by the live performances of the great 90s Punkrock bands, they felt like they had to be on stage as well. From the very beginning the band was very well known for their energetic live shows and their interaction with the audience. After they finished high-school, they stopped playing together. All of them went in different directions, education- and geographical wise. However their love for Punkrock never died.
In 2019 all three of them returned back to Vienna and decided to get back together, write new songs and they recorded their second album, "Nothing To Declare", released in 2021.
How To Grow Up & Fail Miserably
In 2023 the three lunatics from Vienna, Austria were back in the studio to write and record their new EP „How To Grow Up & Fail Miserably“. Fans and new listeners can be looking forward to seven new tracks. Filled with fun, fury, nonsense and melancholy.

INSANE HABITS looked at this EP as one day in your life.
You wake up, go to work and you are already surrounded by the noise of the world and you are stressed out. Even though you are hard-working, you feel like you are getting nowhere because the system you are in is filled with numbing bureaucracy (kafkaesque). - “12 Hours”
However the Band thinks, where there is shadow, there must be light. Life can be a drag, but every minute we get the opportunity to make it better. So let’s go out, have some fun and get wasted. - “For No Reason”
But no matter what you do, make sure you are treating your opposite with respect. A special call out to all the wannabe PickUp-Artists. Man, girls are fed up with that and they will take no shit from nobody, you rather get your ass kicked. - “She’s Out”
So be nice and have another drink. - “Iron Ice-Tea”
In the end human relationships and life itself are not easy. The state of mental health in our society is an issue today. People are suffering under depression and think it’s easier to just disappear. You are not alone, please ask for help! - “So Easy”
But INSANE HABITS wanted the EP to end on a funny note, so embrace your life, especially your hangover in the aftermath if you chose to have a good time and a drink or two - cheers.
