On latest release ‘Rescuer Syndrome’ Eleanor explains:

“I wrote this song after going through a lot of therapy to reflect on my patterns in past relationships, realising I was always trying to rescue people instead of dealing with what was wrong with me. It felt like a real shift in my songwriting and after a 3-year hiatus to find my feet again I'm so excited to release it. I recorded the track in my home of Luxembourg with a talented producer friend in a local studio- he took it from a piano/vocal track to a full bodied, haunting song. The lyrics feel so important so we wanted to keep my vocal as the focal point.

I approached a photographer/videographer I've worked with before in Liverpool (where I live) with the concept of having a surreal type of group therapy environment, shot in black and white, as an over-the-top representation of what led to me writing the song. We shot it at the West Kirby Arts Centre and I'll be releasing it at the same time as the track. She also shot and edited the cover art. “
