Tobias Faulkner - "'Losing Everything' delves deep into the lingering trauma of the past and its profound impact on the future. The song encapsulates the intense anger and frustration of being marked by someone else's actions, and the resulting descent into a dark emotional space. Written during a particularly challenging period marked by therapy and isolation, it reflects the profound sense of loss—of friends, of life, and of control. The song poignantly captures how these experiences eroded mental health, leading to withdrawal from relationships and passions."
