Lou Kelly is a creator of distracting background music who has been festering in the forgotten corners of Northern California. Despite having identity crises between genres (from punk to classical, mathcore, jazz, and more), there are some common threads throughout his discography; a maniacal crooning voice, a sound that is impeccably crass, and an aversion to boredom.
