Inspired by the Moment, 80’s college Radio and the DIY underground culture, the record was written and recorded in 2 days on a four-track “TASCAM” cassette recorder.
The end result is a collection of 9 songs that shoot off in all directions, varying from free jazz, psychotic noise punk and other indefinable genres. In short: GOD 5:JUR is a cosmic eclectic trip for like-minded people.

JUR is an ode to one of the last men standing in the Dutch cultural live scene: Jur Scherpenzeel. With his Amsterdam blues venue Maloe Melo, he stands for freedom and a "fuck you all" mentality against everything that’s wrong with the times we live in. GOD is love, and JUR forever.
