Insane Habits plot 23 September release for new single ‘So Easy’

INSANE HABITS
Brothers and best friends that’s the combination of the Austrian Punk rock Trio from Vienna. Stefan and Mark know each other from middle school and after they went to different high schools, both discovered Punk rock music and develop a live long love for Punk attitude - Enjoy live, respect everyone! They began to jam with two electric guitars, stayed up all night and drank lot’s of beer. Soon after Mark fell in love with the bass and it didn’t take a long until Thomas, Stefan’s brother, also joined the band and started hitting the drums.

In 2010 INSANE HABITS released their debut album “Habits On The Bridge”, a self recorded low budget CD. Two songs even made it on the Vienna Rock Radio Station 88 6.

In 2021 released their second album “Nothing To Declare” and tour a bit in Vienna and Austria.

Right now the Punk rock Trio is playing gigs and is back in the studio to record a new EP, which will contain five new songs. The second single will be a song called “So Easy”

"So Easy” has a serious touch and talks about depression, failed relationships and the feeling no matter how hard you try, live always throws you a curve ball. From a musical perspective “So Easy” goes a little bit into the direction of alternative rock with heavier guitar riffs and drum beats. However the bass constantly gives the song significant groove and a certain feeling of hope.

Since life can be challenging from day today, this song tells us that in fact it is not “So Easy” to get up every morning and continue with our own struggle. On the other hand for many people it just feels “So Easy” to withdraw themselves from friends, family and social life. Misery and hope is the feeling of this song, maybe the listeners can shake and head bang some of their sorrows off.
