“Incomplete Dreaming”

“George FitzGerald continues his form as one of the UK’s most dynamic electronic acts.” Evening Standard
“Not As I solidified (George’s) position at the forefront of British electronic music.” Notion
“New song ‘Mother’ is a beatific introduction, with the opaque electronics utilising subtle layers of sound… the results speak for themselves.” Clash

Today George FitzGerald releases new single “Incomplete Dreaming” which follows the release of the propulsive “Gleams” earlier this year and hot on the heels of the release of “Glad I Found You”, his huge collaborative track with Elderbrook.

Going back to basics in the studio, George created “Incomplete Dreaming” using just a computer, one synth and a delay pedal. Featuring soaring strings and sweeping beats, the track has already become a live favourite and is a guaranteed Summer staple.

"There are so many different ways to create sounds these days, that it can be completely overwhelming,” George reflects. “I was thinking a lot about the era where people wrote entire detailed records with just a sampler. The sense of freedom you get from limiting your options is in this track."
